Iris Ullrich has more than 25 years of management experience in marketing and sales. Amongst others as Head of Marketing and Head of Sales for technically highly complex digital products such as SAP ERP Retail, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for the chemical process industry and for software in the health care sector.


She succeded in 


  • in establishing contacts to middle and large enterprise trading companies from € 100 million turnover) in the German speaking region
  • in developing and supporting complex feasibility studies
  • in using her certified SAP knowledge at presales events
  • in organizing and executing very extensive Response for Proposals
  • in developing pricing - and license models for new software products
  • in creating complex offers for software licenses (among other things SAP) and Consulting as well as SAP / PBS archiving projects
  • in preparing contracts for (SAP) IT projects with several thousand person days and licenses  


  • in conceiving and conducting extensive marketing campaigns with project teams by various advertising, public relation, online marketing and trade fair construction companies
  • in developing multilingual promotional materials, online presences and whitepapers


  • in creating business plans for the introduction of complex software solutions on an international level
  • in managing to build up preconfigured SAP solutions for the omnichannel business in retail


  • four years as managing director of a small tourism company (France)
  • three years as marketing and sales manager for a German-French IT company
